Booitshoeke ist ein Polderdorf in der belgischen Provinz Westflandern. Es ist seit 1971 ein Stadtteil der Stadt Veurne. Das entvölkerte Landwirtschaftsdorf zählte 2018 nur noch 75 Einwohner.
Booitshoeke war 1190 eine Pfarrei, nachdem es früher zur Pfarrei Wulpen gehört hatte. Eine alte Erwähnung des Ortsnamens reicht bis 1239 zurück, als 'Boidenkinshoucke'. Bis 1566 gehörte es zum Bistum Terwaan, danach zum Bistum Ypern. Das Dorf wurde 1659 vom spanischen Heer geplündert.
