Booitshoeke es una aldea en el polder de la provincia belga de Flandes Occidental. Desde 1971 es una parte del municipio de la ciudad de Veurne. La aldea agrícola, en despoblación, solo contaba con 75 habitantes en 2018.
Booitshoeke era una parroquia en 1190, después de haber pertenecido antes a la de Wulpen. Una antigua mención del nombre del lugar se remonta a 1239, como 'Boidenkinshoucke'. Hasta 1566 perteneció a la diócesis de Terwaan, luego a la diócesis de Ieper. La aldea fue saqueada en 1659 por el ejército español.
