Der Zomerjaarmarkt fällt auf den Sonntag, der dem 29. Juni am nächsten ist. Er umfasst den traditionellen Markt und das Volksfest, die Schafsauswahl, die weißblauen Vögel und Pferde. Zudem gibt es die Fahrradschau und verschiedene Attraktionen. Alle 50 Jahre werden in Sint-Lievens-Houtem und Sint-Lievens-Esse die Sint-Livinus-Feste mit einem echten Festumzug veranstaltet! Die nächste Ausgabe steht bevor: 2007!
