Ellikom ist ein Stadtteil von Oudsbergen in der belgischen Provinz Limburg. Die Fläche von Ellikom beträgt 573 ha. Ellikom liegt am östlichen Ufer der Abeek wie ein Keil zwischen Bree und Peer. Ellikom ist eine der ältesten Wohnsiedlungen in den Limburgischen Kempen. Es wurde erstmals in einer schriftlichen Quelle im Jahr 1314 als "Elleken" erwähnt. Dieser Name leitet sich von dem germanischen "Aljinga Haim" oder "Wohnsitz der Leute von Alja" ab. Dies weist darauf hin, dass Ellikom bereits von den Franken bewohnt wurde.
