Ellikom er en delkommune i Oudsbergen i den belgiske del af Limburg. Arealet af Ellikom er 573 ha. Ellikom ligger ved den østlige bred af Abeek som en kile mellem Bree og Peer. Ellikom er en af de ældste bosætningskerner i Limburgs Kempen. Det blev første gang nævnt i en skriftlig kilde i 1314 som "Elleken". Dette navn blev afledt af det germanske "Aljinga Haim" eller "bolig for folkene fra Alja". Dette tyder på, at Ellikom allerede var beboet af frankerne.
