Sommethonne ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Luxemburg und eine Teilgemeinde von Meix-devant-Virton im Arrondissement Virton. Sommethonne liegt an der Thonne.
Am Ende des Ancien Régime wurde Sommethonne eine Gemeinde. 1823 wurden bei großen kommunalen Neugliederungen in Luxemburg viele kleine Gemeinden zusammengelegt. Sommethonne wurde, genauso wie Robelmont, aufgehoben und mit Villers-la-Loue zusammengeschlossen.
