Rollegem-Kapelle ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Westflandern und ein Teilgemeinde von Ledegem. Rollegem-Kapelle liegt direkt nordöstlich des Zentrums von Ledegem und war bis zur Gemeindezusammenlegung von 1977 eine eigenständige Gemeinde. Im Jahr 1213 schenkte Hendrik van Moorslede ein Stück Land an Willem van Rollegem, um darauf eine Kapelle, einen Friedhof und eine Wohnung für den Kaplan zu errichten. Dies ist auch die Herkunft des Ortsnamens. Im Laufe der Jahrhunderte wurde diese Kapelle mehrmals vergrößert, bis sie 1909 abgerissen wurde und die heutige Kirche erbaut wurde. In der Zwischenzeit war Rollegem-Kapelle 1790, während der französischen Periode, eine eigenständige Gemeinde geworden. Das Dorf wurde 1801 auch eine eigenständige Pfarrei, die sich von der von Moorsele abspaltete.
