Die Kirche steht auf einem neu hergerichteten Vorplatz, wo sich auch eine schöne luftige Skulptur von Catherine Fourniau befindet, die Vögel darstellt und „Aufflug“ heißt.
Das Gebäude aus Natur- und Backstein stammt von 1852. Es ist ein Zeugnis für den industriellen Aufstieg von Dison im 19. Jh. und gleichzeitig ein Beleg für die Schwärmerei für das Mittelalter in jener Epoche. Von da ab ist der Bau neoromanischen Stils mit neugotischen Tupfern. Wie die Vorplatzskulptur scheint auch die Kirche mit ihrem 47m hohen, achteckigen Turm zum Himmel zu streben.
Im Inneren hat man dank der hohen Pfeiler und Fenster den Eindruck von aufstrebenden Dimensionen. Auch das Mobiliar ist neoromanisch. Besonderen Hinweis verdienen der alte Hauptaltar, die Mauermalereien, die Kirchenfenster in lebhaften Farben und am Rande des Chors das große Kreuz mit einem ausdrucksvollen Christus.
