Die Sint-Annakirche ist ein Kirchengebäude in Roosbeek in der belgischen Gemeinde Boutersem in der Provinz Flämisch-Brabant. Die Kirche befindet sich an der Lubbeeksestraat und wird von einem ummauerten Friedhof umgeben.
Das Gebäude besteht aus einem eingebauten gotischen Westturm aus Kalksandstein mit einem eingeschürzten Nadelturm und vier Geschossen, einem Schiff und einem Chor. An der Nordseite des Turms befindet sich ein halb-oktagonares Treppentürmchen, und an der Westfassade befindet sich ein neugotisches Portal mit Maßwerk und vierblättrigen Mustern. Das Gebäude hat Spitzbogenfenster. Die neugotischen Seitenschiffe sind aus Ziegelstein errichtet, der gotische Chor aus Kalksandstein mit Strebepfeilern vom Brabantischen Typ, und eine Nordsakristei aus Kalksandstein. Der Chor hat ein Spitztonnengewölbe.
