Fort Knokke war ein Fort in der belgischen Provinz Westflandern. Es lag an der Mündung der Ieperlee in die IJzer, im Norden von Reninge und Merkem, an der Grenze zu Nieuwkapelle.
Als am Ende des 16. Jahrhunderts die flämischen Städte Veurne und Ieper nach der Eroberung durch Alexander Farnese in spanischen Besitz übergingen, wurden entlang der IJzer und der Ieperlee mehrere Forts als Verteidigung gegen Plünderungen von Reformierten aus der Stadt Ostende errichtet. Nördlich der Vereinigung von Ieperlee und IJzer wurde ein kleines Sperrfort errichtet. Als Ostende 1604 schließlich erobert wurde, verloren diese Forts ihre Funktion. In der Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts wurde bei den spanisch-französischen Kriegen im Süden der Vereinigung ein neues Fort von den Spaniern errichtet.
