Fort Knokke era una fortezza nella provincia belga del West-Vlaanderen. Si trovava alla foce dell'Ieperlee nell'Ijzer, a nord di Reninge e Merkem, al confine con Nieuwkapelle.
Quando alla fine del XVI secolo le città fiamminghe di Veurne e Ieper, dopo la conquista da parte di Alessandro Farnese, passarono nelle mani spagnole, furono costruite lungo l'Ijzer e l'Ieperlee una serie di forti come difesa contro i saccheggi dei riformati della città di Ostenda. A nord della confluenza dell'Ieperlee e dell'Ijzer fu eretto un piccolo fortino. Quando Ostenda fu conquistata nel 1604, questi forti persero la loro funzione. A metà del XVII secolo, durante le guerre ispano-francesi, fu costruita dai spagnoli una nuova fortezza a sud della confluenza.
