Das Arboretum Kalmthout in Kalmthout in der Provinz Antwerpen ist einer der ältesten und vielfältigsten Baum- und Pflanzengärten in Flandern.
Die Baumschule des Züchters Charles Van Geert legte 1856 den Grundstein für dieses Arboretum. Von Geerts Nachfolger, Robert und Jelena de Belder-Kovačič, machten es nach 1952 zu ihrem Privatgarten und sorgten für eine Erweiterung mit vielen seltenen Holzpflanzen. Besonders bemerkenswert ist die Art und Weise, wie die wissenschaftliche Pflanzensammlung in die Architektur des Gartens integriert ist. Die Anordnung der Bäume und Pflanzen ist so gestaltet, dass man das ganze Jahr über die Abwechslung von Farben und Düften genießen kann. Innerhalb der Pflanzensammlung sind die Zaubernüsse am bekanntesten. Im Januar und Februar finden anlässlich der Blüte der alten und weit gewachsenen Sträucher im Garten die Hamamelisfeste statt.
