Der Brussels Barbarians Rugby Football Club ist ein belgischer Rugby-Union-Club. Der Club wurde 1968 gegründet und hat sowohl eine Herren- als auch eine Damenabteilung. Die Männer spielen ihre Spiele von September bis Mai am Sonntagnachmittag. Die zweite Mannschaft spielt in der flämischen 2. Division.
Die Heimspiele finden auf den Rugbyplätzen von Tervuren statt, aber das Clubhaus befindet sich in Brüssel in der Nähe des Schumanplatzes. Die Brussels Barbarians wurden 1985 Meister und gewannen in den Jahren 1972, 1974 und 1982 den nationalen Pokal.
