Der Boulevard du Souverain ist ein Brüsseler Boulevard, der die Gemeinden Watermael-Boitsfort, Auderghem und Woluwe-Saint-Pierre durchquert, wo er an der Avenue de Tervueren in der Nähe der Mellaerts-Teiche endet. Er verläuft entlang des Tals der Woluwe.
Am 24. Februar 1887 bat Auderghem um eine Verbindung zur zukünftigen Avenue de Tervueren durch eine große Verbindungstraße, die im Herzen des Woluwe-Tals errichtet werden sollte und gleichzeitig Boitsfort sowie darüber hinaus die Gemeinde Uccle bedienen würde. Das damals entwickelte Projekt entsprach nicht vollständig der Anfrage und wurde als zu kostspielig angesehen.
