Der Belfried von Dendermonde stammt aus dem 14. Jahrhundert und befindet sich in der belgischen Stadt Dendermonde. Der Belfried wurde am 4. Dezember 1999 als Teil einer Gruppe von Belfriede in Belgien und Frankreich in die UNESCO-Welterbeliste aufgenommen. Der Turm ist 40,30 Meter hoch.
Der Belfried von Dendermonde bildet ursprünglich einen Eckturm der Tuchhallen, deren Bau 1337 begann. Später, im Jahr 1377, wird er um den eigentlichen Belfried erweitert. Die Tuchhalle erhält im Laufe des 15. Jahrhunderts die Funktion eines Rathauses.
