Das neoklassizistische Schloss Borluut wurde um 1858 nach einem Entwurf des Gentner Gartenarchitekten J. Van Hamme-Sellier umgebaut. Der Turm wurde 1914 hinzugefügt. Auf dem Gelände finden wir einen Wallgraben der alten Herrschaft Borluut, dessen Spuren bis ins späte Mittelalter zurückreichen. Der zugängliche Schlosspark ist mit einem charakteristischen Serpentinenweiher mit Bogenbrücke, künstlichen Hügeln, windenden Wanderwegen und einer breiten Palette von exotischen Bäumen angelegt.
