Le château néoclassique Borluut a été rénové vers 1858 selon un projet de l'architecte paysagiste de Gand J. Van Hamme-Sellier. La tour a été construite en 1914. Sur le site, nous trouvons un fossé de l'ancienne seigneurie de Borluut, dont les traces remontent à la fin du Moyen Âge. Le parc du château, accessible, est aménagé avec un étang en serpentine caractéristique avec un pont en arc, des collines artificielles, des sentiers sinueux et un large éventail d'arbres exotiques.
