Die Topmühle in Balen ist eine kleine Wassermühle, die 1850 gebaut wurde. Der Name "Topmühle" ist entstanden, weil das Wasser auf die Oberseite des Rades fällt. Es ist die einzige Oberschlämmühle in der Provinz Antwerpen. Die Mühle ist seit 1971 nicht mehr in Betrieb. Sie können die Mühle jederzeit von außen besichtigen.
