Die Sint-Hubertuskerk ist die Pfarrkirche von Erpekom, einem Kirchdorf von Grote-Brogel. Die Kirche befindet sich an der Erpekommerweg.
In Erpekom gab es bereits eine romanische Kapelle aus dem 11. oder 12. Jahrhundert mit einem angebauten spätgotischen Backsteinturm aus etwa 1550. Im 13. Jahrhundert wurde das Kirchenschiff vergrößert und auch der Chor wurde erneuert. 1959 wurde dies an das Freilichtmuseum Bokrijk verkauft und 1960 dorthin verlegt, wozu es Stein für Stein abgebaut und dort wieder aufgebaut wurde. Die Kapelle ist teilweise aus Maassteinen errichtet und enthält ein Wandgemälde, das vermutlich den Heiligen Hubertus darstellt. Zur nach Bokrijk überbrachten Inventar gehörte ein signiertes Altartafelbild von Jan van Steffeswert aus dem Jahr 1510 mit einer Darstellung der Bekehrung des heiligen Hubertus.
