Die Fagne-Famenne ist eine Region in Belgien zwischen dem Condroz und der Calestienne. Sie wird oft in zwei Gebiete unterteilt: das Fagne westlich der Maas und die Famenne östlich davon.
Das Relief ist das eines tiefer gelegenen Gebiets südlich des Condroz und nördlich der Calestienne. Die Höhe ist auf 160 bis 250 m begrenzt. Der Übergang vom Condroz zur Famenne ist im Landschaftsbild gut spürbar, entlang der Straße zwischen Dinant und Beauraing. Zwischen den Dörfern Feschaux und Baronville sinkt die Straße über eine Distanz von einem Kilometer deutlich ab. Man hat einen klaren Überblick über die Famenne. Die Region ist an manchen Stellen nur wenige Kilometer breit.
