La Fagne-Famenne è una regione in Belgio tra il Condroz e la Calestienne. Viene spesso suddivisa in due aree: la Fagne a ovest della Mosa e la Famenne a est.
Il rilievo è quello di un'area a bassa altitudine a sud del Condroz e a nord della Calestienne. L'altezza è limitata tra 160 e 250 m. Il passaggio dal Condroz alla Famenne è ben evidente nel paesaggio, lungo la strada tra Dinant e Beauraing. Tra i villaggi di Feschaux e Baronville la strada scende chiaramente per un chilometro. Si ha una chiara panoramica sulla Famenne. La regione è in alcuni punti larga solo pochi chilometri.
