Wegkapelle neben der Lindeboom an der linken Straßenecke mit Blomveld, an der Gabelung und gegenüber der Heringstraße. Ersetzt seit 1985-1986 eine größere Kapelle, die angeblich nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg von der Familie Maes als Andenken an ihren gefallenen Sohn errichtet wurde. Die Kapelle an diesem Standort ist auf der topografischen Karte von 1937 vermerkt. Einfache niedrige rechteckige Ziegelkapelle mit einem schiefergedeckten Satteldach, das mit einer Nische ausgestattet ist, die durch ein rundbogiges Fenster abgeschlossen ist. Weißes Heilig-Herz-Jesu-Bild mit ausgebreiteten Armen und einem rot gemalten Herzen in einem goldenen Strahlenkranz. Sockel mit Kelch und Passionssymbolen (drei Nägel, Peitsche und Dornenkrone).
