Hoeve Jan, derzeit eine Taverne. Gelegen im Südosten des oben genannten Meulebeek. Vorderansicht einer kürzlich mit einer Terrasse versehenen, freistehenden langgestreckten Hofstelle mit Anordnung: Wohnhaus-Stall-Querschuppen; sechs Achsen und eine Etage unter einem Satteldach (First parallel zur Straße, flämische Ziegel), aus der zweiten Hälfte des 19. - Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts, da in der Atlas der Nachbarwege (1845) an dieser Stelle noch keine Bebauung eingezeichnet ist.
