Fattoria Jan, attualmente taverna. Situata a sud-est del già citato Meulebeek. Davanti, una fattoria a forma allungata con un recente terrazzo, isolata, con la seguente disposizione: casa abitabile-stalla-fienile trasversale; sei campate e un piano sotto un tetto a due spioventi (colmo parallelo alla strada, tegole fiamminghe), della seconda metà del 19° - inizio 20° secolo, dato che nell'Atlante delle Strade di Quartiere (1845) in questo luogo non è stata ancora segnalata alcuna costruzione.
