Hoeve Jan, actualmente taberna. Situada en el sureste del Meulebeek mencionado anteriormente. Frente a un reciente terraza, es una granja independiente alargada con la siguiente disposición: casa de vivienda-establo-granja transversal; seis tramos y un nivel bajo un tejado a dos aguas (cima paralela a la calle, tejas flamencas), de la segunda mitad del siglo XIX - principios del XX, ya que en el Atlas de los Caminos de la Comunidad (1845) no se ha indicado ninguna construcción en este lugar.
