Außenanlage aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. gelegen an der Kasteellaan 6 mit nachträglich angelegtem Zugang in der Neerstraat. Im 19. Jahrhundert bewohnt von den Familien Blanckaert und Van Pottelsberghe de la Potterie. gelegen in großem Garten mit Teich (XIX) und Belvedere auf Eiskeller von circa 1880. Der jetzige Säulenkiosk stammt aus den 1950er Jahren. In der jüngeren Geschichte bewohnt von dem ehemaligen Bürgermeister und Ehrendoktor der Universität Gent, J. Bouckaert.
