Ehemaliger halbgeschlossener Hof von 1900, heutzutage in zwei Wohnungen umgewandelt. Backsteingebäude unter Satteldächern (flämische Ziegel) gruppiert um einen rechteckigen Hof, erreichbar über ein Backstein-Rundbogenportal in der nordöstlichen Straßenflügel. Das ursprüngliche Wohnhaus befindet sich im Nordwesten des Hofes. Die Gebäude sind mit gewölbten Backsteinmaueröffnungen ausgestattet. Giebelseiten mit Giebelansätzen und Mauerflechtungen.
