Der Bierliebhaber Bernard Renotte wollte sein eigenes Bier brauen. Vor drei Jahren absolvierte er mit seiner Frau Marianne eine Ausbildung und startete das Abenteuer, unterstützt von Mariannes Sohn Lory. Der Name ihrer Biere bezieht sich auf das Museum „Décembre 44“ von Gleize und allgemein auf die Geschichte ihres Dorfes, wo nach der Ardennenschlacht die Deutschen ihre Panzer zurückgelassen hatten.
