Der Zomerjaarmarkt fällt auf den Sonntag, der dem 29. Juni am nächsten ist. Er umfasst den traditionellen Markt und das Volksfest, die Schafprüfung, weiße blühende Rassen
und Pferde. Außerdem gibt es die Radschau und verschiedene Attraktionen. Alle 50 Jahre finden in Sint-Lievens-Houtem und Sint-Lievens-Esse die Sint-Livinus-Feste mit einem echten Festumzug statt! Die nächste Ausgabe naht: 2007!
