Diese Familienbrauerei begann 2013 mit dem Brauen ihres ersten Bieres, ganz in der Nähe von Gembloers in einem alten viereckigen Hof von Bertinchamps. Deshalb wird die Brauerei auch "die Brauerei-Hof" genannt. Benoît Humblet, der in der Brauerei von Val-Dieu gearbeitet hat, ist der Braumeister. Das Etikett repräsentiert ein großes B.
