Der Justizpalast und seine Erweiterung, der Palais du Verre, befinden sich auf der ehemaligen Manege, die dem Training der Soldaten der Kaserne Caporal Trésignies, die sich auf der anderen Seite der Avenue Général Michel befindet, gewidmet war. Dieses rechteckige Gelände wird, abgesehen von der Avenue Général Michel im Osten, im Süden von der Rue Émile Tumelaire, im Westen vom Boulevard Alfred de Fontaine und im Norden vom Boulevard Paul Janson umschlossen. Seit 2015 trägt das Gelände den Namen Parc Jacques Depelsenaire.
