Het Justitiepaleis en zijn uitbreiding, het glazen paleis, bevinden zich op de voormalige Manegevlakte, die werd toegewezen voor de training van soldaten van de kazerne Kaporal Trésignies, die aan de andere kant van de Generaal Michellaan ligt. Dit rechthoekige terrein wordt, naast de Generaal Michellaan in het oosten, omringd door de Émile Tumelairelaan in het zuiden, de Alfred de Fontaine Boulevard in het westen en de Paul Janson Boulevard in het noorden. De site draagt sinds 2015 de naam park Jacques Depelsenaire.
