Die Schrieken ist ein Naturschutzgebiet im Süden von Beerse und etwa 13 ha groß. In dem Gebiet finden wir kleine Seen, gemischte Laubwälder, Nadelwälder und Wiesen mit Gehölzrändern. Es gibt verschiedene seltene Pflanzen- und Tierarten. Der Komplex von Schrieken, Diepte und Epelaar ist europäisch geschützt als Teil des Natura 2000-Gebiets 'Wald- und Heidelandschaften östlich von Antwerpen'.
