Dieses frühere Textilunternehmen befindet sich in einer Biegung des Molenbeek, neben der Brembosmühle. Das Unternehmen wurde 1921 von der Familie Annicq gegründet und war auf das Spulen und Färben von Textilfasern spezialisiert. Das Gebäude wurde erhalten und restauriert, wobei der architektonische Vergangenheit Respekt gezollt wurde. Nun befindet sich hier die Kulturfabrik, eine einzigartige Eventlokation am Fuße des Musikwaldes.
