Die Sint-Barbarakirche ist eine ehemalige Pfarrkirche im ostflämischen Dorf Rieme, gelegen an der Kanalstraße. Das Kirchengebäude aus der Zeit von 1953-1955 ersetzte ein früheres Kirchengebäude aus den 30er Jahren, das im Zweiten Weltkrieg vollständig zerstört wurde. Ab Juli 2013 fanden keine Gottesdienste mehr im Gebäude statt, und Ende 2014 wurde die Kirche entweiht und endgültig außer Betrieb genommen.
