Das Kingpin-Wandgemälde (im Restaurant)
Jan Poncelet schuf dieses Wandgemälde für 'Blend by Rauw', das hervorragende Barbecue-Restaurant des Chefs Fabio Istoczak, das Streetfood nach Hasselt bringt.
Das 'Kingpin-Wandgemälde' passt perfekt zum Corporate Design und zur Stimmung des Restaurants. Chef Favio steht zentral an der Wand, umringt von Charakteren aus Filmen wie 'Der Pate', 'Goodfellas', 'Pulp Fiction', 'Scarface', 'Die Unberührbaren' und 'Leon'.
Das Werk wurde im April 2024 noch um die Figur von Thomas Shelby aus 'Peaky Blinders' und das Logo von Blend ergänzt. Die Einschusslöcher im Logo waren eine Idee von Chef Fabio. Auch die Figur von 'Der Pate' wurde erneuert.
