Die Radtour beginnt in Bouwel südlich von Grobbendonk. Entlang der Fahrradknotenpunkte geht es nach Osten bis nach Westerlo. Von dort führt eine Schleife südlich von Herselt nach Ramsel, wo wir ein Stück entlang des alten Bahndamms Aarschot - Herentals radeln. An der Großen Nete radeln wir westwärts bis Heist-op-den-Berg und von dort zurück nach Norden zum Ausgangspunkt in Bouwel.
