Der Rivière Manicouagan ist ein Fluss in der Verwaltungsregion Côte-Nord der kanadischen Provinz Québec.
Seine Quelle bildet der Manicouagan-Stausee. Von dort fließt er etwa 200 km in südlicher Richtung, um bei Baie-Comeau in den Sankt-Lorenz-Strom zu münden. Einschließlich seines Quellflusses Rivière Mouchalagane beträgt seine Fließlänge 560 km. Es wird angenommen, dass der Name aus der Montagnais-Sprache kommt und „wo Birken gefunden werden“ bedeutet.
