Bas-Vully war bis am 31. Dezember 2015 eine politische Gemeinde im Seebezirk des Kantons Freiburg in der Schweiz. Bis 1977 hiess die Gemeinde offiziell Vully-le-Bas. Die in der Region verwendeten deutschen Namen der Gemeinde sind Niederwistenlach und Unterwistenlach. Am 1. Januar 2016 fusionierte Bas-Vully und Haut-Vully zur neuen Gemeinde Mont-Vully.
Bas-Vully mit dem Zentrum Sugiez liegt auf 433 m ü. M., 3,5 km nördlich des Bezirkshauptortes Murten . Das Dorf erstreckt sich am Nordufer des Murtensees, nahe dem Ausfluss des Broyekanals, am Südostfuss des Mont Vully, im nördlichen Freiburger Mittelland.
