Mühledorf war bis zum 31. Dezember 2017 eine politische Gemeinde im Verwaltungskreis Bern-Mittelland des Kantons Bern in der Schweiz. Am 1. Januar 2018 fusionierte Mühledorf mit den ehemaligen Gemeinden Gelterfingen und Noflen zur neuen Gemeinde Kirchdorf.
Mühledorf liegt auf 605 m ü. M., elf Kilometer nordwestlich der Stadt Thun . Das Bauerndorf erstreckt sich auf dem südlichen Ausläufer des Belpberges zwischen den Talebenen der Gürbe im Westen und der Aare im Osten, westlich des Gerzensees.
