Croglio ist ein Ort in der Gemeinde Tresa im Kreis Sessa, in der Region Malcantone, im Bezirk Lugano des Kantons Tessin in der Schweiz an der italienischen Grenze.
Die Gemeinde entstand 1976 aus der Fusion der Gemeinden Biogno-Beride und Croglio-Castelrotto. Die ehemalige Gemeinde Croglio-Castelrotto hiess bereits vor 1953 Croglio. Am 18. April 2021 fusionierte Croglio mit den Gemeinden Monteggio, Ponte Tresa und Sessa zur Gemeinde Tresa.
