Monnaz ist ein Ort und eine ehemalige Gemeinde im Bezirk Morges des Kantons Waadt in der Schweiz. Am 1. Juli 2011 ist Monnaz gemeinsam mit Colombier und Saint-Saphorin-sur-Morges zur Gemeinde Echichens fusioniert.
Monnaz liegt auf 485 m ü. M., zweieinhalb Kilometer nordwestlich der Bezirkshauptstadt Morges . Das Dorf erstreckt sich am Südwestrand einer Hochfläche über dem Tal der Morges, gegenüber von Vufflens-le-Château, im Waadtländer Mittelland, an aussichtsreicher Lage rund 100 m über dem Seespiegel des Genfersees.
