Grandvaux grɑ̃ˈvo]) war bis zum 1. Juli 2011 eine politische Gemeinde im Distrikt Lavaux-Oron im Kanton Waadt in der Schweiz. Sie fusionierte mit Cully, Epesses, Riex und Villette zur neuen politischen Gemeinde Bourg-en-Lavaux.
Grandvaux liegt auf 489 m ü. M., sieben Kilometer ostsüdöstlich der Kantonshauptstadt Lausanne . Das ehemalige Winzerdorf erstreckt sich auf einem Geländevorsprung inmitten der Weinberge am Steilhang des Lavaux, am Hang des Mont de Gourze an aussichtsreicher Lage rund 120 m über dem Seespiegel des Genfersees.
