Cugnasco-Gerra ist eine Gemeinde im Kreis Navegna, im Bezirk Locarno des Kantons Tessin in der Schweiz. Sie ist eine am 20. April 2008 entstandene Fusionsgemeinde.
Das Dorf ist am Rande der Magadinoebene gelegt und umfasste den gleichnamigen Ort sowie die Fraktionen Boscioredo, Bosco, Massarescio, Medoscio, Moncucco, Pianrestello und Sciarana. Die Maiensässe von Monti di Ditto und Curogna sind die ältesten Siedlungen von Cugnasco.
