Das Bundesgerichtsgebäude steht in Lausanne im Kanton Waadt. Es ist der Hauptsitz des Bundesgerichts und zählt zu den Kulturgütern von nationaler Bedeutung im Kanton Waadt.
Da die Platzverhältnisse am bisherigen Standort des Gerichts, im Palais de Justice, knapp wurden, entschied sich der Bund ein neues und grösseres Gerichtsgebäude zu erstellen. Somit wurde im Jahre 1913 ein Architekturwettbewerb ausgeschrieben. Diesen gewannen die Architekten Louis-Ernest Prince und Jean Béguin. Unter ihrer Anleitung wurde das Gebäude von 1922 bis 1927 gebaut. Unterstützung erhielten die beiden Architekten von Jacques Béguin, Jeans Sohn, sowie dem Bundesvertreter Alphonse Laverrière.
