Im Museum befindet sich eine Rekonstruktion der alten Wasserorgel von Ktesibios aus Alexandria. Außerdem gibt es jahrhundertealte Emmentaler Hausorgeln, die Tschanunorgel von Radio Lausanne mit drei Klavieren und eine Orgel, die aus Schokolade gefertigt ist. Darüber hinaus stehen im Museum weitere Instrumente, wie einige Harmonien.
Neben der Ausstellung von Orgeln wird Musik aufgeführt und eine Demonstration sowie ein Workshop zur Herstellung von Orgelpfeifen angeboten. Anhand einer offenen Orgel wird das Innere des Mechanismus gezeigt.
