Die reformierte Kirche St. Madelaine ist eine evangelische Kirche in der Gemeinde Avenches in der Schweiz
Das ursprüngliche Gebäude wurde Ende des 11. Jahrhunderts als Kapelle für den Bischof von Lausanne erbaut. Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts wurde es zunächst umgebaut, dann ein zweites Mal zwischen 1709 und 1711 unter der Leitung der Architekten Joseph Humbert-Droz und Abram Dünz II. während der protestantischen Reformation nach dem Einmarsch der Berner.
