Die Waadtländer und Freiburger Voralpen bzw. Préalpes Vaudoises et Fribourgeoises ist die Sektion 14.I und damit eine Zusammenfassung der Freiburger Voralpen und der Waadtländer Voralpen nach dem nicht international anerkannten Vorschlag SOIUSA von Sergio Marazzi zur Kategorisierung. Sie ist dort ein Teil der Schweizer Voralpen. Sie befinden sich in der Westschweiz in den Kantonen Freiburg, Bern und Waadt. Der höchste Gipfel ist der Le Tarent im Waadt. Der Vanil Noir ist die höchste Erhebung des Kantons Freiburg.
Nach anderen Einteilungen wird das Gebiet Freiburger Alpen, französisch Alpes Fribourgeoisrs genannt, welches im Osten an die Emmentaler, im Süden an die Berner Alpen grenzt und zu den Westalpen zählt.
