Die Mattervispa ist ein Fluss im Mattertal im Kanton Wallis. Sie vereint sich bei Stalden mit der Saaservispa zur Vispa.
Der Fluss entsteht durch den Zusammenlauf von Zmuttbach und Gornera südlich von Zermatt. Von dort fliesst er durch das Dorf in Richtung Täsch. Hier mündet der Täschbach in die Mattervispa. Weiter verläuft das Gewässer nach Randa und St. Niklaus, bei letztgenanntem Ort kommt der Jungbach hinzu. Bei Stalden vereint sich die Mattervispa mit der Saaservispa und bildet die Vispa.
