Schweizersholz ist eine ehemalige Ortsgemeinde und eine Ortschaft der Gemeinde Bischofszell im Bezirk Weinfelden des Kantons Thurgau in der Schweiz.
1803 bis 1995 war Schweizersholz eine Ortsgemeinde der Munizipalgemeinde Neukirch an der Thur mit über zwanzig Weilern, darunter Kenzenau . Am 1. Januar 1996 fusionierte die Ortsgemeinde Schweizersholz im Rahmen der Thurgauer Gemeindereform zur politischen Gemeinde Bischofszell, wobei die Weiler Last, Schlauch, Rohren, Störenhaus und Alt Weingarten in der politischen Gemeinde Kradolf-Schönenberg verblieben.
